SIGNUP INSTRUCTIONS FOR LESLIES CLINICS

For this session we are going to try something new and signups will be done via email.

On the designated day, you will send an email to the following email address:

SIGNUP@BRCTENNIS.NET

Emails must be sent no earlier than 7:00am on the designated day. The inbox for this email address will show the date and time the email was sent and they will also be listed in the order they were received in the inbox. This will determine the order for the spots.

You will put “signup” in the subject and in the body of the email put your Name, The day and time of the clinic you are signing up for and your phone number.

• Tuesday 1:00-2:30 – 3.5 players
• Thursday 12:00-1:30 – 4.0 players playing Deltri divisions 1, 2 or 3 only
• Thursday 1:30-3:00 – 4.0 players

• You may only sign yourself up and no one else.
• You will be expected to pay for the clinic prior to the 1st day of the clinic.
• Once the 8 spots are filled, names will be put on the sub list in the order received.
• If you are one of the eight spots for a clinic, you will receive an email back letting you know you got into the clinic.
• All emails will be saved for a period of time in case anyone wants to challenge when the email was received. FYI - We cannot alter the time and date stamp on the emails.
• Hopefully this will make life easier for everyone and eliminate the need to try and get to the club first thing in the morning to be in line when there are other responsibilities/committments.
